Terminal doesn't tell you how to do the work. Its agents do it where the work already lives — your email, your calendar, your documents, your Slack, your Notion, and hundreds more tools through Composio.
One memory, shared by the team
What one agent learns, the others can use. Context carries across people and across tasks, so nobody re-explains the same account, project or preference every time they start something.
Permissions the model cannot talk its way around
Each person controls what is readable about them. Content someone isn't allowed to see never reaches the model in the first place, because the boundary is enforced in the database rather than in a prompt.
Bring your own AI provider
Terminal runs on the AI subscription your team already pays for. Model usage is billed by that provider, not by VenTech, so the seat price is the seat price.

Terminal installs on the machines your team already uses. There is no browser tab to keep open and no server for you to run.
Onboarding is done with you
We set Terminal up alongside your team rather than handing over a login and wishing you luck. You keep the account either way — the help is included, not a separate line item.

after the 14-day trial
This is an automatically renewing subscription
- The 14-day trial is free. A payment method is collected now, and nothing is charged to it during the trial.
- Unless you cancel first, the trial converts to a paid subscription 14 days after you complete checkout, and $200 is charged then.
- It then renews every month at $200 per month, charged to the same payment method, until you cancel. Sales tax is added where it applies.
- You can cancel online at any time — including during the trial, in which case you are never charged — from Manage your subscription. No phone call, no form, no retention offer.

- Model usage is billed by your AI provider, not by us
- Terminal connects to the AI provider subscription you already have. Whatever the agents spend on models appears on that provider's bill. The $200 seat price covers Terminal itself.
- Agents act in your accounts, so access is yours to grant
- You connect the tools you want the agents to work in, and you can disconnect any of them. Nothing is connected on your behalf.
- Each person controls what is readable about them
- The shared memory is scoped per person and enforced in the database. Content a user cannot see is never sent to the model, so the guarantee does not depend on the model choosing to respect it.
- After you buy, we set it up with you
- We email the license key and the macOS and Windows downloads to the administrator you name at checkout, then get on a call and configure it alongside your team.
