I'm Eli. I run VenTech. Right now I do everything: talk to clients, audit their operations, architect systems, write the code, deploy it, maintain it, iterate on it. I use Claude Code for 90% of my workflow. I ship full production systems in a day. Sometimes minutes or hours.
I need someone who works the same way. Not someone who needs a ticket to start working. Not someone who writes PRs for two-line changes. Someone who can take a client conversation and turn it into a deployed system by the next day.
This isn't a job where you sit in standups and push tickets across a board. You'll build AI systems that automate real business operations: compliance monitoring, revenue pipeline analysis, client health scoring, document processing, financial reconciliation. Full stack. End to end. Client-facing.
No two days look the same
One day you're on a call with a client mapping their compliance workflow. The next you're deep in Claude Code building the system. The day after that you're deploying it live and walking them through the dashboard.
Sometimes you're shipping three things in a week. Sometimes you're spending two days on one gnarly integration. The work changes constantly: new clients, new industries, new problems. What doesn't change: you figure it out fast and ship it.
We use AI to manage our own development workflow. No traditional project management theater. You'll have clear priorities, the context you need, and the autonomy to build however you see fit.
What matters
You've shipped AI in production
Not demos. Not notebooks. Systems that real businesses depend on every day.
AI is reflexive, not optional
You don't "try AI tools sometimes." You reflexively reach for Claude Code or an AI agent before you start typing. It's not a workflow addition, it's how you think.
Full stack, no gaps
React, Next.js, Node, Python, APIs, databases, deployment. You can build the whole thing.
You talk to humans
Clients aren't technical. You need to understand their world and translate it into systems.
You move fast
Days, not weeks. You don't wait for permission or perfect specs. You figure it out and ship.
You want to build a company
This is a co-founder role with equity. You'll shape the company, the tech, the clients, the trajectory. Not fill a seat.
